The ascent departs at 11:20 and takes you to Punta Helbronner at 3,466 m, the highest point in Italy accessible to all, where the peaks above 4,000 metres of the Aosta Valley open into a panorama that leaves no room for distraction. From there, the descent is free and with no time limit: Mont Blanc is in no hurry, and neither should you be.
